Youth Athletic Training Classes Available

Our classes are focused on training athletes in strength, agility, coordination, balance, vertical jump, and speed. It will help athletes physically prepare and improve their athletic performance for their upcoming seasons. Participation will help to prevent overuse injuries, decrease the likelihood of traumatic injuries and improve overall confidence and self-esteem. And the best part is that it’s FUN! The athletes will learn what their body can do that it couldn’t do before. Bring your teammates and friends and see what you can accomplish together!

4th to 5th Grades
Monday & Wednesday 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM ($200)

Tuesday & Thursday 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM ($210)

6th to 8th Grades
Monday & Wednesday 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM ($200)

Tuesday & Thursday 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM ($210)

Girls 5th to 8th Grades

Tuesday & Thursday 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM ($210)

Off Season Athletic Training 8th Grade & Up
Mon 7:15-8:45AM; Wed 8:00-9:30AM/ Tu & Thur 3:00 to 4:30PM (Attend when you can by using a Punch Pass)

Cost: Purchase Athletic Training Punch Pass of 10 for $100, 15 for $130, 20 for $160, 30 for $220
